I'm replacing my Escient FireBall DVDM-100 with a newer FireBall MX-752, and I want to do a factory reset before I remove the first (to sell) and use the second. I got the instructions on how to do this from Escient customer support last month, but I can't seem to find them. (I seem to recall a remote key sequence while in one of the menus.) Of course I can get them again from Escient tomorrow (today's Sunday), but I wanted to do the swap today and won't have time again until next weekend. Does anyone here know this procedure? TIA

Well, since nobody was able to respond yesterday, I was able to get the information directly from Escient today.
