I have followed the instructions for obtaining the total hours the TV has been on. But when I get to the last step and hold the mute button down for 3 seconds, nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions?

you must hold it for at least three full seconds and then let go. If it doesn't work, press and hold again. I got it to work on both of my tvs
