Anyone watching these? I thought the Fairy Tale police one was pretty clever and the Sparky one was hysterical! I would pay money for more of those two. And damn, that chick from Sparky sets a whole new level for hot (though RLC is holding up very well)!

The others, not so much. A little witty at times, but seemed forced. The format for S&M and FTP seems to work better as a short. The "horror" aspect seems very underutilized. Even the Janitor, about the only real "horror" selection, was pretty cliched even for teenagers, much less a veteran horror film buff.

hmm... seems like there should be a "Free Xbox Live Marketplace Videos"
though the NXE makes it somewhat easier to find stuff, you first have to know its there. there are more ads than before on the NXE but maybe MS should update xbox.com to show "New Free Videos".

I've downloaded a bunch, quirky but interesting. I gotta say that Blue from "Blue like you" neeeds to come over my house!

But just in case no one has wandered over to the "Independent Video" section of the video marketplace, there are quite a few "free" videos. The "Horror meets Comedy" series seems to be made exclusively and specifically for XBL, which is why it is so odd that they edit it for content. Seems to be just for cursing ATM, but I suppose they have plans to release this stuff elsewhere. Sparky is one foul mouthed 'coon :P

I also pay a $1 for each of the "Gemini Division" shorts, mainly as I am a big Rosario Dawson fan. Starts off REAL slow, as the green screen technique and monologue delivery take time to adjust to, but by ep 4 or so, the story is pretty cool. Lots of techno-babble, some action, couple cute chicks, whats no to like? :P

The Guild is pretty funny. Even a non-MMO guy like me can appreciate the humor. The jump to HD is NOT flattering to some of the actors though. It is true what they say about the need for new HD make-up :P

I'm surprised Dr. Horrible is not up on XBL. I realize anyone who wants it probably got it off itunes, but I bet it would get some good exposure on XBL it didn't get off itunes.
