There is a bug in the Logitech software and if you update your remote now you will lose the function of your media button. Just a warning.

must be fixed- i just got my harmony yesterday and updated all software and firmware- media button works fine for me.

Instead of being so secretive, Harmony should advise their customers when they make these updates: "some features have been updated, and some new features may break your remote; therefore, if you want full use of your remote, don't update you remote until we resolve the problems caused by our update that was supposed to solve some other existing problems".
