Hi there -- I got my RS1 right after they were released and I know some firmware upgrades have come out since then. I'd love to:

1. Know how to upgrade the firmware and
2. Know where to find the firmware files to use for the upgrade.

See the first post of "RS1 Owners Thread" for more information on upgrading to firmware 061 and to know how to enter into the service menu (which tells you installed firmware numeber). There were reports of firmware versions 062 and 064, but I don't know where to get these firmware other than sending RS1 back to JVC for servicing.

However please ensure your email can handle the file size and executable : its 500k but some providers (gmail) will not allow executables as attachments even if zipped.
