I have software for upgrading my projector. There are two files. Can someone please remind me of the steps and order to do an upgrade via the serial port on a 3cx1080. Thanks

Never mind, figured it out from an old email from Sim tech support.

Use Windows XP or prior operating system. Will not work with Vista.
