currently i'm setting up 4 pair of inceiling speakers and 2 passive inceiling subs all from Niles for background music in a large space.
Thinking about getting the Niles 12 channel distribution amp to power my speakers which is rated at 60 watts per channel.

Do i hook up the 2 passive subs as i would the other (4) pairs of in ceiling speakers i have, or should they be hooked up differently since they are subs?

Is 60 watts enough power for the Niles 9in subs?


What Pre amp should i use to switch between sources (CD,ipod,radio)?
Looking for a very simple easy to use pre amp with no bells and whistles.
