Has anyone heard of this sub? The one i am looking at is a 15 inch. I went to the Phase Technology website but cannot locate any info. Phase Technology Octave 1.0.

I currently own a 2000 vintage Phase Technology Power 12 that I purchased when I sold home theater gear. Phase Technology subwoofers get no press but for the cash I thought they sounded great. Not boomy, not earth shaking, just right. Any how, I just saw an Octave 1.0 on Craig's List that caught my eye. As I recall it was a 15" woofer but I can't remember if it was an acoustic suspension/sealed box or a ported bass reflex. If I'm goung to upgrade I prefer to move up to bigeer sealed box. Would you mind taking the time to comment on your subwwofer.
