Hey all,

Just got a pany 42PZ80u, and it seems to have a problem with an occasional blue or red bar streaking on the screen...but ONLY when watching NBC in HD. all other channels as well as DVD's do not have this problem. Is this a problem with NBC's broadcast? Or should I return the TV for a new one?

.. can you use an antenna to verify it (that channel) or ask a neighbor/friend; also, could unplug set & cable/satellite for a few minutes to see if reoccuring. :)

add: also try rescanning.

Is it doing this on other TVs in your house? I have the same set and have never seen this.

Is your overscan set to 0%? You might be seeing the line garbage on the sides of the picture.

It occurs with Dishnetwork as well as Comcast...but only on NBC...which is wierd...
