The Prestige model has 2x the amp and retails for almost $200 more, yet you are getting it for $100 less. Seems like a no brainer to me.

Ok thanks I wanted to make sure before I bought it.

You shouldn't be paying $368 for the Omni S8. I bought mine for $200 US and I thought it was a fair price, but I don't think it's worth more than that.

Where did you get it from?

I bought it online from Vanns about 3 years ago. Anyways the point is moot because the Prestige 8 is a better sub, should be a no brainer since Vanns has it for a better price than the Omni S8

Mirage also happens to have the industry's smallest sub now, too. The MM-6 uses a 6.5" active driver, a pair of 6.5" passive radiators, and an 800W dynamic-power amp in an 8" cube. It's sold as part of the MX home theater package. Its -3db extension is limited to 45 Hz, though once you get it into a room, it'll seem to extend lower.

I purchased the Prestige S8 recently and I absolutely love it. Sounds and looks great.
