Are there any brick and mortar stores around the Seattle area that still sell SACD's? I've found a small section at Fry's and the music store at Crossroads Mall has a small section as well as some hybrids mixed in the normal section.

Are there any other stores that still sell them?

I wish I had better news, but Seattle has been a bad place for surround titles in stores. Fry's has maybe 100 titles left and they are not restocking, but at least they have a dedicated section. Silver Platters on Queen Anne HAD a good surround section and they dissolved it into the rest of stock (dumb). If you have a title you are looking for you might find it mixed in, but frustrating otherwise. The Fye stores have used sections with very small surround bins, I've been able to pick up a few there. In general, I've had to buy most titles online through Amazon, Elusive Disc, and CD Universe. If you find another source let me know!
