Alright...I admit you had me for a second. I'm thinking, this is in need of a projector/screen... and BAM! Nice work and I think it's great that you got your pics with you behind the bar.....maybe we need to all start doing that....

Nice space and great work! I bet your friends and family love it! Daytona is right around the corner!

All it needs is a nice manly universal remote. :)

Isn't that an oxymoron?

Real men use all their remotes;)

great bar, you must be proud of your work!!.. a few questions: what made u pick the Severtson screen and Epson proj.? Was it easy to set up the projector? I recently bought a 52" LCD and want to do the exact thing about setting up a drop down screen.. here is my basement & bar: http://gallery.avsforum.com/showgallery.php/cat/500/page/1/ppuser/59237

Taxman- I knew I wanted the Epson and when I was calling around for bundle prices I talked to Kirk at 1-866-510-5155 (projectorpackages) and he sold me on it. I got a 108 inch screen at a real good price and Kirk just seemed to know alot more then any other places sales people. The screen is real heavy which I tend to think means well built. Plus they build the screens right there. Severtson are the ones that do screens for I-max theaters. Also I've called Kirk a few times since with some questions and he always helps a great deal. Great guy. Also it wasnt as bad setting it up as I thought it would be.Was my first projector and I did the hole thing in about 8 hours(screen, hanging projector from ceiling and running hdmi) Love it.

Very nice and fun looking area.

Is that a Tournament Tornado foosball table?? We've had our Tornado for at least 14 years - still looks like new. So many people buy those home quality tables like at Sam's Club and they look okay but they just aren't made of a quality to survive and thrive in a "real" bar.

We have the same Dale stand-up beer display and a couple of other classics - my bride hates the "Ladies Night Out" standing beer display but it is here to stay!!!

I would recommend replacing the department store type electronic dart game with a coin-op commercial model like a Cougar - nothing wrong with the smaller wall hanging games but the commercial games are just way cool.

These stand up commercial dart games can be had for $200 or less - I paid $200 each for the one we have and I put a second on in my son's apartment.

More beer neons could be nice. It's nice to see someone who doesn't think real commercial bar decorations are tacky. I wouldn't have a neon that like spells out "beer" - how lame. Only other suggestion is to get two or three pinball machines. Like all other commercial arcade games they are practically indestructable and always fun for a party. PLEASE do not buy an "Ultimate Pinball" - Why?? They ain't pinball games - the real thing is what it is - nothing can compare.

Our son is an engineer at a big state college and he has several pins in his apartment and new guests to his home are always amazed at pinball - there are so few good pin games in bars and taverns these days but really good ones are available for your home if you know where to look.

Again, wonderful room and bar you have there!

imjay, that is a Tornado. I did my research and Tornado is the best.I got a good deal on it used. $2000 table I got for $800. Ol' Dale gets in alot of pics with pepole at my parties. He was THE MAN. The dart board is a tournement cork steel tip board. I dont throw plastic. Cant even think about it. Go steel tip and you wont go back. But to each his own. I would love a pinball machine. Looked at em before but never pulled the trigger. Thanks for the reply and if your ever in town, drinks on me.
