How long will my lamp last now that the warining is coming on? It started coming on at 2250 hours. Will it make it to 3000?

The 2250 lamp warning is just mitsu's way of saying replace the lamp by 3000 hrs. 3000 hrs is the point that mitsu has determined the lamp will only have 50% of it's brightness compared to when it was new. 2250 is just giving a heads up to replace it soon. Under most conditions the lamp will last well past 3000 but become dimmer all the time. You can reset the lamp counter and use the lamp past 3000 hrs, but if you don't reset the counter the projector will not start after 30000 hrs.
