Yesterday I found I couldn't start Myth. After some investigation I found that my root partition (not media file part) had filled up! Mystified as to what could have taken up 50GB I searched for and found a great tool, kdirstat.

I've also figured out how to set X to output both HDMI and VGA as separate screens (nVidia 9300), so I can now watch TV on HDMI and monitor status on the case display with Superkaramba|kopem2dc, sent to DISPLAY=:0.1 .

But Myth-trunk19699 has again stopped flagging commercials for some reason. Last time it did this because I wasn't running the NTP server, but that's not the case this time. :mad:

Good gracious, using kdirstat I find that most of my HTPC system is fine except /var/log/mythtv/mythfrontend.log!! I have sizes like 7.36GB, 5.72GB, etc etc for a logfile!
