Everyone has a big screen in their dedicated theater or game/media room. But what makes your room special and what provides the WOW factor? What features do your guests think are especially COOL?:D

Is it a motorized masking system or scope screen. Lighting, remote contol, custom movie introduction. Theater chairs with motorized recline, seats on risers. Butt Kickers or room rattling sub. Acoustics. Beautiful speakers. Stage or curtains. Decor and color scheme. Bar, counter, or kitchen. Woodwork. Billards, pinball, table tennis. Theme. Popcorn machine. Signs, frames, posters. Size or space.

What gets your guests talking and gushing! I need Wow. I need Cool.

I want to know.;)

When people come over to my house its always the theater screen 130 inch. I have a 62 inch tv upstairs, but seeing it huge, 16:9 guys start thinking football, and women start thinking HGTV...

For COOL DETAIL, in my Custom Home Theater Room (CHTR), I used Gold Plated Hex Head Screws (GPHHS) for my drywall instead of regular Old-Fashioned Drywall Screws (OFDS).
I have MUCH better Sound Performance (SP), I think mostly because they are gold plated.... Don't really believe the hex head has much to do with anything! Just my opinion anyway..

That WOW's everyone... Of course they can't see them... but they're WOW'd every time I tell them! Yes, I do keep one out for show.

I bought a Blue LED scrolling badge at Microcenter and I have my On Tap & bottled beer selections scrolling across the kegerator rail..the back of the badge is magnetic so it stays on by itself.
