This is probably my own stupidity, but I can't figure out how to remove channels from the "favorites" list on the Moto DCH3416. I have seen other posts that suggest you just navigate to the "heart" symbol and press enter, and you will then have the option to add or remove a channel, but when I do this I am sent to a screen that can only "add" a channel.

I have the latest software/firmware according the Wiki site.

Any ideas?
