I have a Sharp DT-510 pj, not alot of use yet.

Watching game last night, and this has happened other times as well, the picture would kinda flicker or shake briefly and fast. Any idea whats going on?

It may be the HDMI cable, which is 35 ft that I bought off ebay, I've since ordered a In-Wall Monoprice 25ft that will run from AVR(hopefully it reaches) to an outlet I will put in ceiling. Then from ceiling to PJ with a short HDMI.

My receiver does passive HDMI, so its basically a switch(Marantz SR4002).

I already know my HDMI on the DT510 isn't the best, I did a direct connect to a ps3 and I get pink screen unless I change setting to RGB only on ps3 and pj.

anyway, trying to determine if I should keep this pj, or sell it for either a High-End old 720p, like a Marantz VP4001 or maybe stretch the budget for a Mits. HC5500 1080p LCD. It has to be something that can throw an image from 11ft to a 100" Fixed Screen I've built(1.0 gain).
