I have a Samsung LCD that offers Just scan. Recently I have been getting a green line about a 1/4 inch wide running down the right side when I have it set to just scan and using my Hidef PVR. set it to 16:9 and its gone. Using my PS3 or HDDVD players everything works fine in Just scan mode. anyone else having this issue with the Motorola box?

It's a pretty common issue with many Motorola boxes affecting 1080i output over HDMI. You will need to switch to component cables, switch the box to 720p output, or for a real fix, wait for your cable provider to send out a firmware upgrade,

I think if you do this your defeating the 1:1 pixel mapping. My cable company said to set the box to 720p which solved the issue. Also is it true that no HD programming is in 1080i but actually 480p upconverted?
