We are media transcription company. The problem is we are getting different audio formats from customers. The formats used to send by our clients are totally different. Some time we get shocked by the formats. so can any one suggest any audio software which is used to convert those unknown formats to known format..Thanks in advance..

Not necessarily the wrong forum. My company does transcription, too, and we see all kinds of formats -- people even bring in DVDs (clients hope that w'ell have a clue...). We found and bought something called DVD Audio Ripper 4 and it works fine (though we've now only had occasion to use it twice... it's ready though).
