Iam using a radioshack bi-direction amplifer so can this cause my cablevision explorer 8300hd dvr to reboot randomly on it own. I Replaced my dvr with a new on from cablevision because it was rebooting randomly. The db signal is 0 to -2

here is my configuration: main cable line to 1st spliter

at 1st cable spliter
one cable wire to computer
2nd cable wire to 2nd cable spliter

at 2nd cable split
one cable wire to dvr(8300hd) then to hd tv by hdmi(reboot issue)
other cable wire line to radoshack bi directional amp then
continues to 3rd cable spliter

at 3rd cable split--
one cable to one 4250 box then to tv
other cable wire 4250 box then to another tv
no problems with these boxes signal 0s -2 to -9db
