Hey All,

I want to put my electronic equipment (DVD, cable box, etc) inside the wall so they sit flush with the wall. can't really find many on-line.... can someone point me towards a good web site that does this?

tried amazon and ebay with no luck.. Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to do? Can you be a little more specific on 'flush'?

I built a Media Rack and DVD racks into my walls, wasn't a big deal at all. Framed it out, built solid oak boxes, shimmed them in, and built oak shelves. DVD racks have fixed shelves. Media cabinet has adjustable shelves with a thermostat and exhaust fan up top with an intake on the bottom. All three are sported with smoked glass doors.

I want exactly what you described. But don't want to build it, I want to buy it and just make the hole and install.. Thanks!

I am sure you could find a handyman on here near you that would build you one, or a local trim carpenter shop would do it for very little labor. For my media cabinet and dvd racks I only have a few hundred dollars in:

$100 Fan + thermostat
$300 Solid Oak and Oak Plywood
$900 Glass Doors
$100 Various shelving hardware for adjustable shelves
$50 Intake and exhaust vents
