I own a samsung LN-T4071F tv which i'm very happy with. I won a Hitachi P50A402 last night at a super bowl party. Is the quality as good in the Hatachi or better. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The black levels should look superior on the 4071 compared to the P50A402. Place the P50A402 in a larger room and place your 40" 4071 in a bedroom or smaller room. You should be okay. You could use them in different rooms - that is what I would do! :) BillP 02-02-09, 10:20 AM Based on reviews, Pioneer, Panny, and Samsung are the best (in that order) plasmas. Hitachi is not on anyone's top list. Enough said. HarrisonS 02-02-09, 11:05 AM Based on reviews, Pioneer, Panny, and Samsung are the best (in that order) plasmas. Hitachi is not on anyone's top list. Enough said. I agree with this ranking. However, if the Hitachi gives a decent picture, by all means keep it as a second set! Besides, the Hitachi sets I have seen in stores in the past didn't look bad at all. And remember what they say about a "gift horse"! ShagnWagn 02-02-09, 11:22 AM I have a cousin who owns both sets, but given the vague title of the thread, I am not going to offer input. heh anyhow, it's pretty obvious given what other people have already said in here. |
