THEY MUST DIE, NOW!!! They're not just the usual commercials loud. They manage to take it to a whole new level of irritating, shouting down even other commercials. They piss me off, especially when I leave the room for a bathroom break (tv seemingly at a polite and quiet level) and then those particular commercials come-on (whilst I'm in mid-piss mode) and make the neighbors think I am purposely being annoyingly loud with my tv. Whoever is responsible for these particularly aggregious offenses should absolutely be waterboarded. I don't care if they have no secrets to reveal- waterboard'em to make the point. :p

Honestly, fo me, it's usually the local inserts by the local station or cable company that get me. The volume level is nowhere close.

However, MGMHD bugs me with their promos. One might be quiet as a mouse, while the next booms out like a cannon.

Well, it could be because he's so obnoxious that I think his commercial is too loud, but the any commercial with the "ShamWow" guy just irks me to know end.

All the DirecTV commercials for their PPV and their new features are very loud. The NFL Network is also louder than the other channels.

Flo is obnoxiously loud. She screams and the one with the new year's party favor is the worst. Definitely MUTE button worthy.

Thank-you for confirming that it isn't just me that thinks that. I can't believe that no one has mentioned the Dodge Ram commercials that were so prominent throughout the NFL playoffs.

Pro-Active acne cream. That commercial annoys us every time it is on.

They all annoy me but wacth very few, that is what the DVR is for.

Another one I forgot to mention- a lot of ads for sexual aid kind of products seem to be awfully loud. I'm not talking about the commercials for clinical ED. I'm talking about the products that make you "harder, faster, longer". ;)

Also, new to the list today- the "start a career with DirecTv today" commercial. I mean- I guess employment opportunities are surely welcome news the way things are, lately, but is it really necessary to drive it home with the fervor of icepicks through the ears?

e-surance seems to be back with a new installment on the sexy lady-agent with full-on, epic loudness.
