I was wondering has anyone downloaded this yet? I'm still at work and won't be near my playstation till possibly tomorrow maybe even Saturday. I've heard it's basically Open Ice in HD, which would be nice.

I thought it felt a lot like the old NES/SNES hockey games. Nothing complicated and kind of fun. Not particularly interesting to me but not a bad game if you're looking for a cheap hockey game or the regular EA sports game is a little complicated for your tastes. The presentation does leave something to be desired though.

i agree with both of the two posts above this. It seems like if this is your kind of thing it might be OK, but it was an instant delete for me.

i love this game. so far i have a very enjoyable experience

reminds me on how games should be fun. ofcourse it is not for the hardcore ice hockey freaks. it is for people like me, who have little understanding of icehockey but just love a fast game of play.

i will be very busy this weekend. so many good stuff to play.

Bring on Basket Brawl or whatever that game was called where you could punch the opponents. I d/l'ed this game last night. Fairly simple controls, not sure about how long it would hold my interest. Might be fun for relaxing drinking nights when you don't want to worry so much about rules.

Well since most of you are from the US where you don't care about Hockey that not really a surprise :P But here in Canada, most of the people who played the demo really loved this game, it's a simple game but really fun, especially with friends. On the other hand, we don't give a crap about baseball/basketball/football here so....;)

I liked the demo. Hillarious sound effects lol. Fun, but don't know if it is purchase worthy.

I'm not a hockey fan, or sports game fan at all, but I'm glad this game is out on the PSN. They need more like this.

The game is $9.99, it is a break from the normal and it is fun... Whats wrong with that picture? If you like hockey pick it up, you won't regret it.
