PM me with your e-mail address and I will send the files to you. You will need access to an EEPROM programmer. Please note that that you lose the ability to adjust G2 after making the swap. Some people value having the G2 settings available more than the copy/paste functionality you get with the latest firmware.

Don't do it. I've seen several G70s blown up due to attempting to change the software, it's been posted about here by a few people.

Why not leave it alone if the set is working? Generally, software upgrades do nothing significant to the operation/function of the set.

I know several who have upgraded without any problems.

Curt is merely posting as a warning. He states he has personally seen the results. But if anyone really finds the need to play, I'm sure Curt will gladly charge you the same as he charges anyone else to revive your broken unit............:)
