In general I am pleased with my 890. The one problem I am having is when I need to power off my equipment. In many instances it requires the help button to turn everything off. In the troubleshoot section of the Logitech website they address the need to use the help button to turn on/off the equipment but this did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

You may need to increase the Inter-Device Delay. A device may see an off signal for one of the other components and not have enough time to determine it is not for itself before receiving the signal for it to turn off.

Devices > Your device that is not turning off > Settings > Adjust the delays (speed settings) > You may need to experiment with the delay.

If it is always one device that won't turn off, you could always go to Activities > Settings > Review the order in which devices are powered on. Set the device that won't turn off to turn on first. It should also turn off first. That way you may not have to play with the delays. You should do that for each activity.

Thank you for the reply. I will try your suggestion. Sometimes I run into this problem when the activity only uses one device. I've also noticed that when the device fails to turn off and I use the help button it asks me whether devices unrelated to the activity are off.
