Please help...a few months ago I upgraded the firmware that was on the Samsung page for my Hl-t5689S and my PIP went out. I had this feature but with the firmware change I can no longer access the feature. It is still an option but i cannot access the feature. I called customer service and they tell me the update was intended to only be used for drop off signal..now they tell me. Can I reset my tv to original settings. Please help!

Had the exact same thing with my 5689s, that caused PIP to no longer be accessable. I then arranged to have my digital board replaced under warranty. Firmware "upgrades" are not reversable.

No longer under warranty..do you know cost for replacement boards...
