I am building my first rack that will bull out of the wall and then rotate. I am looking for suggestions for cooling. the rack is going to be around a 21RU. I could make it a little bigger if needed. I am also wanting to plan for future expansion.

the top two pieces of equipment are a fan and the power supply.
any suggestions on equipment order and placement would be welcomed.

1) Nice CAD drawings and nice design. If you make it as good as it looks on the drawing, you could start manufacturing racks..

2) IMO, cooling is not going to be an issue. For the equipment specified, you have plenty of room for air to move. Not sure the fan at the top is really going to do anything unless you make a duct for the air to the rear of the rack and drill a couple of 2" holes behind each component to push air to the front but again, given what you're doing, it's not really needed.
