I've searched a bunch on how to best set up this room and haven't come to any satisfactorily answers. I'm sure someone had a similar setup to this, but right now, anything I found with a corner tv, had a much smaller room.
Anyways, I'd like to install surround sound for my new TV (67" DLP if it matters). I have some 5 60W speakers + 1 subwoofer, and I will soon have a Denon AVR-1609. I'm trying to get a good idea on where to put the speakers. If I mount them on the wall just outside the TV, they are almost exactly 5 feet apart. That seems a bit close, but if I go by the 1 o clock/11 o clock, they seem rather far apart (and mess up locating my center channel). Any help is greatly appreciated. I'll also add I'm pretty much a newbie with respect to audio stuff.
The room is diagrammed below:

The white sections in the wall represent either a door or windows. As far as I can figure, there is no real other way to arrange the room with the furniture we have. The TV essentially has to go in that one corner and our furniture is kiddie corner from it. I can perhaps move the furniture a few feet if need be but please don't suggest any radical furniture movement that will further alienate my wife.
