It was recorded with a dvd recorder Samsung HR-773 from a satellite reciever through a scart cabel. Sometimes it happens only once in an hour, but sometimes 10 times in a hour. Don't see any logic in that. Here are examples. It would be really nice if someone would know what it is.

Do you think it would be a better picture if I would connect the satellite reciever to the dvd recorder through composite cable (not scart).
