Ok. I have a huge wooden entertainment center to go with my plasma. The media enclosures are behind a glass window but there isn't any airflow vents in the back.

I rigged some pc fans for plug-in and I am wondering if taking the rear panel off and cutting vent holes would be an appropriate solution. Inside I have my dvd player, a/v receiver, htpc and vhr.

If I cut into the back panel, is there a special configuation?
