I tried a search for this but couldn't find what I was looking for. I currently have a Harmony 550, and am about to upgrade to a One. I plan to relegate the 550 to bedroom use. My question is how do I set up the Harmony software to allow 2 different model remotes to be used at the same time (one for the living room and one for the bedroom)? I can't find anything in the Harmony instructions for this. All I can find is information for upgrading from one remote to another. I'm sure I'm not the only person doing this. Please advise. Thanks.

Easy! You need a separate account for each remote. Just make a new login for the 550. When you get your One. go to your original account and change remote models to the One.
