I have no clue what is wrong. Maybe you guys can help. I have the Sony KP-46WT500. Everything works, but the picture is zoomed in too far. For example, while watching ESPN or CNN, the streaming ticker at the bottom of the screen that shows scores, I can only see half of it. I have gone to menu and changed the "wide" settings to normal, standard, zoom, wide zoom, etc and they all are zoomed in about 2 inches too far on all sides of the screen. Anyone know why this is? I am missing about 2 inches of the picture i should be receiving and its very annoying.
Does this happen on all inputs and with different sources? If it is strictly with cable channels, make sure there is no zoom setting activated on your cable box (this is a common problem with the "#" button on Scientific Atlanta cable boxes for example).

Yes, its too far zoomed in when im watching cable tv, playing xbox, and watching movies. I have no cable box, im plugged up to the wall's cable outlet. This Sony is in my living room, I have a smaller tv in my bedroom that works just fine.

Anyone know any online repair or service manuals for this tv? I've found the owners manual but I need a repair manual.
