I have a 42 inch Panny TH-42PZ85U.

I want to calibrate it but when I follow the instructions in the owners manual it tells me to go to menu on the remote and then click right.

If I do that I get the DISH tv schedule.

How do I use the remote to calibrate?

It has to be an easy fix.

Also, what is the - button underneath the 9 and to the right of the 0.

The manual was no help to me.

I have had my tv for a week or so and I am still learning about it.
