It seems that every time we have trouble in this forum, it starts and ends in a rumour thread. These threads, which often include spectacular claims (e.g., Mac Mini is dead), often generate a lot of discussion only to end when it turns out the rumour was not true to begin with.

It seems there are a lot of interesting Mac htpc developments and not all are reported here. This morning, for example, I read about a $99 blu-ray drive (with DVD/CD burner) for Macs (no playback software included). You can read it about it here.
