Hello I searched around, but with no luck. I have a 55 inch hcm5525w Samsung and the picture is blurry(mainly the red). It appears as if there is too much red in the picture. I tried auto focus and it get stuck once it gets to red.

I had this problem before and had the extended warranty. Took 3 months and they finally got the part in and replaced something. I cannot find the work order and Bestbuy has no record of them working on it(typical).

Does anyone know what it might be and if I can replace it?
