Hi all, I have ordered a set of two Def Tech BPVX surround speakers without considering what speaker stands to use. I have heard that these speakers have an unusual shape and have been unable to find a set of speaker stands that will fit this set of speakers well. Can anyone recommend what stands I can purchase that will fit these speakers?

I have the BPX's, (the smaller surrounds),wall mounted. Your BPVX's are going to be a little taller and heavier. They are not going to be very stable on stands, but that's your choice. Max height for your stand?

If you don't mind looks, try http://www.musiciansfriend.com look for something that has a large footprint, similiar to something like a snar drum stand. It's hard to knock over.

If I wanted to go the wall mount option, does the BPBX come with everything necessary to wall mount? If not, what components have you purchased to accomplish it?

It comes with a key hole type mounting plate.
