I placed my purchase late last year with Roman at Ultimate Home Entertainment and the day before shipping I changed my mind on color. With that, the availability was limited due to my last minute change and instead I decided to wait 3 months to get the chairs I wanted in black bonded leather. So I ordered two rows of three in black, and last Friday they arrived!
Unfortunately, outside of Roman's control, I got 5 black and one brown? Someone at the shipping facility messed up. Roman was quick to call me and he's quickly correcting the issue.
My wife was hesitant about the whole theater seating idea, but after watching the first movie in them with the power recline, she's pretty happy with them.
The 12003's are nice because they are still a nice size chair, with storage in the arm rests. Also, they are narrow enough to fit three wide in my room.
I just wanted to publicly give my opinion of the chairs and mention that despite the shipping issue, Roman has been 100% professional and customer focused in the transaction.
