Hello everyone, Im new to the forums.

So I have a crestron touch panel that I have programmed to control volume, but the provided amplifier for the system doesnt have mute/remote control. I purchased a Extron MLA-VC10 (volume control module) without realizing that the amp didnt have remote capabilities. Is there any way to make this system work and control the volume using the existing amp? I dont want to have to purchase another amplifier. Btw the amplifer that im using is a Powersoft DIGAM D series.

Well the simplest thing would be to add a Crestron C2N-VEQ4 and return the MLA-VC10.
