Could anyone recommend a decent scaler switcher that has an integrated web based control?

This will be used in a classroom for a projector.

Inputs need to be at least 1xVGA, 2xRCA, With Audio.
Output should be Scaled (X)VGA

I assume by web based control you want to "dial" into it? If so, I am not aware of any that work that way (though I could be wrong).
