So this game is getting some OK reviews. Color me surprised I though it was going to be a steaming pile basking in the desert sun. Reviews say Blood in the Sand brings some crazy mindless action coupled with machine guns, women with huge booty's, and some 50 cent club bangers.

Double W, do you own this game? What's your take on it?

The one or two reviews I skimmed over seemed to say it's not that bad. I laugh when writing that, but they claim if you get over some of the gameplay that's a bit repetitive and silly, it's not such a bad game.

I'm thinking about renting it for a weekend.

If it isn't starring eazy e then I ain't buyin.

I haven't played it yet, but I will this weekend. It actually looks pretty fun.

The reviews I have seen have put this game at a 4 outta 5.. or B rated game on scale of A-F. I gotta say Im surprised too.. and just might pick it up.

Hopefully they'll put up a demo, it'd be nice to see what it has to offer.

I played through it, it's definitely worth a look if you like third person shooters. And the dialogue is hilarious.

so what's the story here? Doesn't fiddy find a skull and enemies of the g unit and terrorists all over the world team up to get said skull back? Compelling

I heard this game is so wack when you finish it and the credits roll, Fiddy shows you his home address and phone # so the player can go find him and shoot him 9 times all over again.

The game is actually not all that bad if you check your brain at the door , a pretty run of the mill shooter but there is some fun to be had . Kind of reminds me of "Army of Two" for some reason although you can see the influence of many different shooters in this one . It's very pick up and play friendly , not much learning curve on this one .

WARNING- don't play with small kids in the room. The language is horrible!

After seeing video reviews of this game, these are my feelings as well. Maybe I'll buy it at $30 though. :)

Considering his music as of late and his previous game, I had absolutely NO faith in this one... I cant front though... this is a fun game. Definitely has an "Army Of Two" feel and I dare to say.. GOW... :eek:

Yes the language is over the top , definitely do not have any kids around when playing this one .

I am real close to the end of the game now and it has been more fun than many other shooters that I have played over the years but it is not a $60 game , I would say under $40 is reasonable .

So I am in like 9th grade in a nw indiana small town school and in science class the tables were all just painted a nice dark blue to go with our blue and gold colors. The teacher says the tables were just painted don't scratch them up.. (Mr. Worst. He was a great teacher btw) The next day I go to class and Mr. Worst says (Oh I see that someone etched Eazy E into the table after I said please do not scratch them) Yes I sat at the same place that I had etched it in.. I didn't get in trouble. Mr Worst was awesome. Screw Garth brooks. Eazy E for life.

Game is $19.99 today ONLY @ Microcenter!!

I just got the game yesterday from Gamefly. It's so terrible it's actually kind of fun. 50 and his crew say some funny stuff. It's a fun rental and you can rack up some easy achievements. Heck for $19.99 it might be worth a purchase.
