hey guys
this is the thing, I want to see movies on a big screen (tired of watching them on my 19" pc monitor). After a lot of reaserch I found this little projector, acording to the reviews its quite good.

I will hook it up directly to my pc. HD is not a big issue cause I mainly have dvds and divx files.

Do divx files play well on video projectors? Does anyone know of a projector calculator that actually has this model? Even their oficial site does´nt how wierd it that?! Any other considerations on the projector are more than welcome!

It looks to be the same projector as the Optoma HD65, so it's pretty good. Use the HD65 calculator.

I´m not sure if it isn´t the same model as the HD700X :-/

You are right the HD65 has slightly better contrast and lumens, but other than that I think they are the same. Either way, I am sure it is a good projector.
