I'm just wondering which projectors I should probably elminate from the current "standard" choices baed on lumen requirements for this size of screen.
I am evenly split between movies, games and sports...although I will watch all in a batcave.
Is the FPJ1/RS2 bright enough? Should I just jump to the RS10?
Is the 6500UB bright enough, etc.
Any suggestions on which of the current crop of 1080p pjs handle this size the best?

With the AI on the 6500ub, you may not always have enough lumens for such a large screen (read Art's review of the 6500ub at projectorreviews.com). I personally demoed both the RS20/RS10 and the Epson 7500ub side by side and I decided to spend the extra cash on the RS20. The RS10 looked much better than the 6500/7500ub Epsons, but its all a personal preference, I just think you cannot beat the JVC blacks, and I thought the overall picture, contrast and color range of the RS10 looked noticeably better than the Epson. Also if you want support for an anamorphic lens you will need to go for either one of the JVCs (RS10/HD350/RS20/HD750) or the Epson 7500ub. You can probably get the RS10 for a few hundreds bucks more than the 7500ub, and I think its totally worth it.
As far as screen, I will be using a 132" wide scope AT screen as well, but I have not tested how good/bad it looks yet, so I cannot offer advice on that, but I have no choice but to use AT fabric for my screen as I am doing the whole false screenwall setup with the LCR speakers and Sub behind the screen.

The Pioneer is pushing it for that sized screen with AT (most AT screens are low gain). In a full dark room it would work okay fresh lamp, but as the lamp dimmed it would be a problem.
The Epson has better ability for that size for sure (as do the newer RS10/RS20's).
