Can I pay, to find a semi local company or knowledgeable person, for suggestions in regard to my equipment set up.

My only true comparison was Ivan Messer's, and his over the top system is the high bar
So I need experienced well traveled ears and eye's to find the middle bar, on my system.


I do not have time to study everything and best scenarios.
