Although I doubt many will attempt a Screen of the size as shown on my closed Thread..., http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=854134

......I have located a source for BOC (Black Out Cloth) that measures a full 110" "tall" (...or wide if you prefer...)

Using this material, Screen sizes from 135" + diagonal are possible for very little expenditure.

You will need Lumens to spare...or a higher gain surface applied to the BOC...most probably both; but in the search for the "Really Big Picture", this material makes things possible that many might otherwise have to consider.....impossible.

Obviously, BOC lends itself to being mostly suited to a "Flat Screen" approach. This requires the use of a PJ's Zoom feature, and judicious "Side" Masking to effect a CIH application. More 1080p PJs are coming out with motorized Zoom...and even a few w/Motorized Lens Shift.

By far, the use of such items will, if the use of a special Lens can be avoided....results in considerable savings, as well as a far cleaner look.

But unless your considering using ALL 2.35:1 content, the terminology "CHI' becomes a misnomer, as you have to do a bit of manipulation.
