Has anyone heard if the next version (10) of Sony Vegas is coming out anytime soon?
I'm thinking about getting 9.0 Platinum for my Canon HG20, but don't want to buy it only to find out that the next version is coming out in a month or two.

Version 9 is the new version, which replaced 8 about 6 months ago.

If you get Platinum 9, after you install the program, make sure to download the updates as they fix and improve upon things periodically.
