Is this any good.... Is it a line conditioner also? And will it be as good or better than APC H15 or Panamax M4300? Thanks

It is an older model (I posted under a separate post as well). It is decent, and overall better than the M4300PM.

I ordered a 5300 and have it running now. Everything looks good. The only issue I'm having is that my 2 DirecTV coax cables coming only work when I go directly to the DirecTV box. They don't work when I run the two into the Panamax and two out from the box into DirecTV.

Any thoughts? The connectors on the 5300 are bi-directional but not listed as "in" and "out", so I've tried a few hookup variations and still not working.
