Does anybody know of a kit that will turn manual recline theater seats into power recline?

I was wondering the exact same thing and was surprised that no one has retrofitted their manual chairs with some kind of power recline.

I have Berkline 090s and was also wondering if there is some way to put another "stop" at an intermediate position or jerry-rig it to be able to hold any recline position.

Berkline does not offer any kits to convers the manual recliner into the power one. They actually advise the dealers that it is not doable.

Check out the "Supercliner Full Recline" It can be power actuated. It looks like a lot of the mechanisms I've seen under recliners but I imagine they all look the same. Maybe you can just buy the power add on. But looks like major sofa surgery and definately voids your warranty. They probably don't sell to end users though so even if it fits, where would you buy it?
