POWER-OFF then MENU is one.

POWER-OFF then OK is the other.

the manual wont tell you cause its a secret screen that only the tech guys know

The manual DOES say to enter the setup menu, press "menu".
If that doesn't suffice, what exactly go you wish to adjust/access/accomplish?

WRONG! there is no ok button:rolleyes: I use it every day.

Depending on which remote you have, the "OK" button is sometimes labelled "SELECT". You can always use the front panel buttons.

i dont want the setup menu,

its a tech menu, shows stuff like how many minutes and seconds left to finish the software update, and different tech settings that only a cox technician knows. so unless youre a tech dont bother posting here

ok, you were allmost right, that was the screen i wanted. thx dude
all i had to do was keep pressing select (not ok) after power-off
