Hi Guys. This is my first post to this area so please bear with my newbness. Here is my problem.
I make up my own compilations and burn to CD-R, mostly Jazz. I like to listen from beginiing to end so each track fades out as the next one fades in with about 15 seconds or so of overlap. When I copy to the PS3, it copies each track individually so I end up with all of the individual tracks. The beginning of each has the last few seconds of the prior track at it's beginning.
I don't want to use a playlist, I want to play the cd just like I stuck it in any cd player and let it play through. FF, RW and Pause would be nice too.
Has ayone run into this and has a way around it ? I can't beleive I'm the 1st one who has had this issue.
The other problem is that there is no track information displayed. I know it's burned to the disk because I can retrieve a play list from the cd when I use my label software.
Any help for either of these problems would be greatly appreciated !!
Oh, don't know if it makes a difference but I'm using PS3 Media Server.
Thanks a lot ! If I can solve this, I won't have to buy a CD changer.
